Nice and clean space, but the noise and lack of temperature control made it difficult to stay comfor Positive: The property was clean and check-in was easy. The location was convenient and the space looked nice and well maintained. Negative: The space was very cold and I wasn’t able to adjust the temperature myself. I also couldn’t get the TVs in the bedrooms to work. My biggest issue was the noise from upstairs. I’m normally a very heavy sleeper, but I could hear conversations and movement clearly and was woken up several times throughout the night. I had originally booked for almost a week, but after the first night I realized the space wasn’t going to work for me and shortened my stay to one night. I do appreciate that they accommodated my request to shorten the reservation and refunded the remaining nights.

Wonderful place to stay close to the Elysian gardens Positive: I loved the location and a wonderful value with two bedrooms. Negative: The fridge/freezer wasn't to temp and didn't get to temp while I was there. I just assume it was due to not being on continuously. Unfortunately, the couch bed in the living room couldn't pull out due to a piece missing a bolt, but the couch itself was very comfortable.

Too cold for comfort! Positive: The location was ideal for our activities. We easily accessed the apartment. Negative: Although the temps were in the 90's outside, we froze the whole time we were inside the apartment. There is no thermostat in the apartment, and the inside temp was around 62 degrees inside. We had to put the comforters from both beds on one bed in an effort to be warm enough to sleep.

Positive: Property was clean and in an ideal location for our needs.
